Sorry I have been away

I had a lot of issues going on the last 6 months with finding new work, because every boss was a complete asshole an treated me like dirt.

So I am back an ready to start smash weights again. I have been working out over the last month trying to Develop the Method I have been working on. I hope to release the e-book in November for around $3-5 CAD. I am going to build two of them, 1. Beginner's Guide an 2. Bigger/Stronger/Faster.
